A Break too long

Well, I knew I was going to take a break from entering a post on the new blog I setup but I never knew that it would be so many months! 4 months plus has come and gone.... My little darling baby girl was borned on 26th Feb 2008, the girl we always wanted to add to our 2 boys!

Also got the Nikon D40 DSLR that I mentioned earlier, hurray... However, haven't really been taking much creative pictures with it yet, only pics of my kids at home mostly.

Happy 2008!

It's the last day of 2007. Time really passes by quickly, a year has come and gone. No great plans for tonite as hubby needs to work late. Me and the 2 boys will be at home, watching tv. I am thinking of baking a cake tonite, which I haven't done for ages. I need to go get myself a small oven and all the ingredients. We can even bake some cookies tomorrow as we are all off work tomorrow :). Think it'll be great fun, and I can practise baking cookies for the coming Chinese New Year too!

First Posting

Been quite relaxed at work recently and browsed a lot, came across many blogs. Thought would be good to start one myself, just to record down whatever comes to mind when I can. I am a mother of 2 boys, age 4 and 3. And guess what, I am going to have another in 3 months time. This time the doctor says is a girl! We are thrilled but we'll leave everything to God's mighty hands, girl or boy is still my baby.

My hubby and I are also planning to get a DSLR before my new baby arrives, our old digital P&S is giving us a hard time, think it has dieded. Anyways, great excuse to get a DSLR! I have always been interested in photography but never really got serious or had much time for it. My new resolution is to make time for this hobby, more so since I got many subjects (ie. my babies) I can potray in 'my works of art' :). I will go DSLR hunting in the next couple of weeks, have already have my eye on Nikon D40 but need to compare prices 1st, typical mentality of a Malaysian Chinese lah :P.

I think this is enough for my 1st entry, will eventually work out what theme my blog will be. Right now, anything goes :). So till my next post, see ya later... Happy New Year!
